The qualification of becoming a Potential-Development Coach gave me an optimal basis and a professional tool kit for my new area of responsibility in the area of organizational development and change management. The practice-oriented method and knowledge transfer, the continuous reflection and the feedback with and through the other participants offer valuable impulses to successfully master the complex challenges as a manager.
