Our vision

More and more people live self-responsible and with a wholistic view, for a world worth living in.

Our basic assumption

Our basic assumption as a Potential Developer is that every individual, every team and every organization has hidden, unimagined possibilities, powers, talents, abilities and answers to the challenges of a world which is becoming more and more complex.

We call these “potentials” or “gold nuggets”.

The Potential Developer supports the process of discovering, unfolding, developing and realising an individuals or organisations potential through "help towards self-help" and with the necessary clarity of decision. The Potential-Developer uses his/her variety of roles as a coach, moderator and trainer in doing this. 

The Potential Developer assumes:

"It is already here." In the sense that: the individual, the team, the organisation already has the ability to develop solutions, to master challenges and to develop oneself.

This attitude manifests itself in the fact that we, as Potential Developers, meet individuals, teams and organisations in a unique way:

  • the individual, the team, the organisation itself knows best what is good for them and therefore also assumes (self-) responsibility (the commitment to solutions already exists)
  • first, with a view towards yourself, change your own behaviour, before you expect this from others (e.g. superiors, colleagues, employees, partners)
  • perceive things more consciously and attentively, in order to treat all people impartially with a respectful attitude instead of (negatively) assessing or evaluating. 

The Quest-Team

We have been specialists in Potential Development for over 30 years and operate from various locations  with a network of experts from business, science and professional education that has grown over many years.

Our guiding principle 

The guiding principle of our Potential Development work is the spiral, archetype of all life. We understand individuals, teams and organisations as living and dynamic systems that can continue to develop continuously and successfully - analogously to a spiral.
