Andreas Dünow previously served as Managing Director in the electrical and semiconductor industry and has many years of national and international leadership and management experience. He completed his training as a systemic coach and process facilitator as part of his professional realignment. He is a business and management coach ECA (European Coaching Association) and a certified MBTI® and TalentQ® trainer. His focus is on qualifications (e.g. BerlinTALENTS), training, individual coaching, moderation and process guidance (e.g. cultural changes, strategic health management).
Against the background of his entrepreneurial experience, he can put himself into the challenges of the target groups very well and set the necessary impulses for potential-development. He is a father of two, has been married for many years and is a passionate athlete.
He is the Managing Director of "Quest-Team Berlin GmbH" in Berlin, which, in addition to "Quest-Team Philipp Jung GmbH" in Niedersteinebach and managing director Philipp Jung, represents one of the two main locations.

After completing an apprenticeship as an optician (followed by being a sailor on board a research ship), Philipp Jung completed a teaching degree in sports science and Catholic theology with a focus on "educational psychology". This was followed by a systemic consulting/trainer and coaching training as well as a number of different systemic training courses.
In 1988 Jung founded the company "Quest". Since 1996 he has been the Managing Director of "Quest-Team Philipp Jung GmbH" in Niedersteinebach, which, along with "Quest-Team Berlin GmbH" and Managing Director Andreas Dünow, represents one of the two main locations.
Philipp Jung has developed an excellent reputation for creative and sustainable personality, team and organizational development measures through the development of efficient training workshops and the establishment of a broad, interdisciplinary cooperation network. In 2000, his work - as part of a project for Daimler - was awarded the German Training Award by the BDVT e.V. Philipp Jung is the author of various books and publications, has a teaching position at the EFH Darmstadt ("Creativity and visionary leadership") and is a certified ECA teaching and business coach of the European Coaching Association ("ECA - European Coaching Association").
