Successful virtual kick-off of the 9th BerlinTALENTS® round

BerlinTALENTS®, the cross-company qualification of potential developers from a wide variety of corporate sectors, is based on the “style” of the capital region: innovative, creative, lateral thinking, networking, agile. In addition, the special implementation of the kick-off with the 11 participants matched: for the first time in 12 years everything was completely virtual - technically implemented by ZOOM, a virtual flipchart, breakout sessions, video / photo recordings and a QuestFit live Transmission with QuestFit trainer Heike Kruppa. The process is also supported by the Potential-Developers Andreas Dünow and Bent Neumann.

This new, exciting and cross-company group of "Potential-Developers" from 10 companies (3 women and 8 men between 28 and 48 years) is, after this very special, successful start, inspired, motivated and ready to go. They will grow together over the next 13 months, get to know each other and use the acquired interdisciplinary methods and instruments in a practical manner. The aim of the qualification is to contribute towards securing and enhancing the future of regional companies.

Mindset (attitude, self-image, personality..) is in focus: this is why the BerlinTALENTS® program enables participants to develop the potential of their own (leadership-) personality as well as the associated challenges and competencies, in close cooperation, reflect and contact with the other participants. Between the modules there are collegial "future rounds" that ensure practical transfer their learnings to everyday work.

On April 18, the virtual PAC (Potential Assessment Center) with process supervisors from past BerlinTALENTS® is on the program. The special feature: Potential-Developers from previous qualifications act as "professional co-observers" in the AC processes and discussions. The participants will get their individual strengths and areas for improvement reflected in successive assessment center rounds. The focus will be on the assessment of interdisciplinary competence dimensions: Social Competence / Methodological Competence and Personality Competence.
