We have proven that the introduction of the SysTeam® approach pays off for employees. We show that an agile leadership culture is sustainable. The high degree of personal responsibility and shared responsibility, the participation in company processes and the resulting good working atmosphere in the team therefore play a major role. The employees feel like real entrepreneurs in the company and act accordingly. The enthusiasm of each individual for the company, for their own work and for dealing with the customer is permanently noticeable and clearly demonstrates the performance and achievements that teams who live the SysTeam® approach are capable of in the long term.
For me, our "gap's and to-do's" (as a company, as an organization, but also for the individual colleagues) have been clarified through the collaboration with the Quest-Team. We better understand that a culture change can only be achieved through a sustainable approach. Within the cooperation, the methodological competence was certainly convincing, but also the willingness to communicate at short notice (also by telephone) about the current status in order to guarantee permanent support.
The qualification of becoming a Potential-Development Coach gave me an optimal basis and a professional tool kit for my new area of responsibility in the area of organizational development and change management. The practice-oriented method and knowledge transfer, the continuous reflection and the feedback with and through the other participants offer valuable impulses to successfully master the complex challenges as a manager. Many thanks to the entire Quest-Team for this practically designed and perfectly organized course!
Before each assignment, the trainers of the Quest-Team deal intensively with the group to be trained, identifying possible interfaces, the corporate culture and other special circumstances in the group environment - in order to understand the "big picture" and thus to work out optimal solutions for the group. Approaches to solutions or even changes that also have a chance of being implemented in everyday work after the training (keyword: "securing learning transfer"). It is very impressive how the rather skeptical production employees, who should be developed into team leaders, now take up their role and fully fill it. The Quest-Team has built their confidence and provided them with methodologies that they can identify with. Their potential has been developed!
We have already sent employees to the BerlinTALENTS® program several times. In this way, as a medium-sized company, we can specifically develop our potentials, give them tools and prepare them for further tasks. Our employees found this to be motivating and they were able to use the contacts and skills they had developed very well for their development.
